Digital Download Link changes
What’s changed?
From April 2025 we are moving both download Links of Tributes and Service recordings to our keepsakes page.
A download link of the service can still be added to the Live & On Demand but now comes with a small fee to cover the additional work associated with producing it. This brings Live & On Demand download in line with the Tribute Download, which should help to avoid confusion.
For families that did not opt to have Live & On Demand streaming but would still like a downloadable link of the service, we can now offer this as a stand-alone product under the Keepsake section of the dashboard.
Why is it changing?
We’ve been able to offer the Digital Download link free of charge with a Live & On Demand Stream for a number of years. However, it does incur a cost in production. Going forward, there will be a small charge for this item.
The price of the Live & On Demand Stream remains unchanged.
